Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. The doctor is so thorough it’s unbelievable. The testing that he gives is totally thorough and extremely efficient. Dr. Willoughby gives you his undivided attention and does not rush to go over anything and everything. Top notch run office.

From the moment I called the office and spoke with Shay that is a reflection of who this doctor will be. She was lovely helpful and compassionate. When I had my visit with the doctor prior to seeing him I had testing within his office. Something you don't get with other pulmonologists. When I was able to see the doctor after my testing I found him to be a lovely man. Very soft spoken. Informative, explained everything to myself and my husband. Allowed me to speak and ask numerous questions of which he gave me answers to everything. I wasn't rushed out of the office I wasn't pushed to the side like other offices and doctors do. I am so grateful for this doctor and his staff for the way that I was treated.
